What To Do

  • For the first few days, you can use an ice pack to reduce swelling by applying cold to your face.
  • After the procedure, you should be protected from sunlight for a certain period of time. If possible, you can wear a hat or use a sunscreen to avoid sun exposure.

What You Should Avoid

  • You should avoid heavy exercise or excessive physical activity for the first few days.
  • For the first few days, you should avoid toxic substances such as alcohol and cigarettes. These substances can adversely affect the healing process.
  • You should not rub your face for the first few days. The area may be sensitive after the procedure.
  • After the procedure, you should avoid exposure to water such as pool, sea and jacuzzi for a certain period of time. Water can increase the risk of infection of the treated area and delay the healing process.
  • You should not wear make-up for a certain period of time after the procedure. Due to the sensitivity of the treated area, wearing make-up can increase the risk of infection.
